Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt will be filming scenes for World War Z between the 2nd and 14th August in Falmouth. Based on a novel by Max Brooks and set in the future after a war against Zombies, hence the title; the film is set to be released next year.
Filming has already taken place in Malta. It's believed the Falmouth scenes will be onboard a ship.
Richard Gates, the town manager said: "This is a major coup for Falmouth and we're pulling out all the stops to prepare for the influx of crew and cast.With Henri Lloyd Falmouth Week taking place at the same time, there is going to be an almighty buzz."
